Afraid of Change

In life, whether we like it or not, we all go through changes. No doubt, change is one of the scariest things you will ever have to go through, and considering that you have to go through it more than once, that thought alone is enough to startle you. However, it is always good to know when it is time to move on…

And it is clear from this situation that the big boss was not ready to lose one of their best workers, even though they had trained someone for seven months to take over. It might have been an annoying situation at the time, but hindsight allows us to see that, in the end, this guy got the better end of the stick.
