Even though many of us have complicated relationships with different family members, we can put those feelings aside when we need to. And we would say a wedding constitutes as a perfect time to be happy for them…

This person took time off ahead of time for her sister’s wedding, but once something bad happened in the office, all of a sudden, it wasn’t so ok anymore… How is it this person’s fault that there was a disaster whilst they were out of town? The fact that they were fired for being away is absolutely ridiculous.
