The Blame Game

When it comes to working in a team, whilst there are many benefits, there are also some downfalls. Sure, you can have other people look over your work and help you think of ideas instead of racking your brain for hours and coming up with nothing… But it isn’t fun when you are blamed for something that one of your teammates did.

Especially not when said team member doesn’t come to your defense when you are fired for their mistake… However, to fire someone after one mistake is a pretty intense work ethic to spread. Sure, mistakes suck, but not allowing your employees to make any mistakes suck even more.
