Easy Target

It is no secret that several hi-tech and start-up companies have come into some hard times. Sure, they might be growing at crazy rates, but what goes up must always come down. Many people were employed to help accommodate this kind of growth; however, after a while, these people didn’t serve the company’s interest and needed to be dealt with.

This person was definitely an easy target for this company to get rid of employees in a way that wouldn’t raise too many eyebrows… Just because this person is high functioning and might need extra help every now and then doesn’t mean that they are just a pawn in some sort of stock market game.
