#41: Company Policy

It is very important that in a workplace atmosphere, people feel comfortable and safe. Considering that everyone comes to the same space every day from different backgrounds and lives, it can make creating a communal space where everyone feels comfortable somewhat challenging.

However, there are some people that just aren’t so worried if they make other people feel uncomfortable… The ironic thing about this whole thing is that this woman was probably hoping to create a safe space for herself but, in turn, created a very uncomfortable space for everyone. She not only violated company policy but also acted in a very inappropriate way…
