#12: A Package Deal

When it comes to customer relations, everyone knows that the customer is always right. No matter what went down, no matter how rude they might have been, customers will always have the upper hand. Even though it seems like the customer isn’t always right, we have a feeling they were right in this situation.

What was this employee thinking about having such an intense encounter with a customer, knowing that it would jeopardize his job? His behavior was so inappropriate that they were fired the next day. This guy and his boss must have been pretty close, considering that he got himself fired, too, for standing up for his employee.
