Everyone knows that there are both benefits to renting and owning your own home. One of the greatest things about renting is that whenever you have an issue with the foundations of the house, your landlord or super is required by law to deal with the issue and fix it.

But then there are times where they manage to make more damage than fixing anything. Can you imagine getting dressed in the morning and then hearing a loud sound, looking up to see a hole in the ceiling and your super’s face popping out of it? Yeah, that sounds like a pretty unpleasant situation.
