This is quite a painful one, judging by the roles that Gemma played throughout her career. At a time, we all thought that it was going to always be rosy for Gemma Arterton. She kept getting cast for good roles back to back, and she did well in her roles.

We don’t know if it was just bad luck or there was actually something behind her fade from glory. Think about it; she acted in a Bond movie, Prince of Persia, and Clash of the Titans, among other hit titles. These were all good movies that should make someone’s career skyrocket, but that wasn’t the case for Gemma Arterton.
