There was a time when Alec Baldwin was one of the biggest names in the industry. There was something about him that people found charming. While he still hasn’t lost that charm, we don’t seem to hear about him as much anymore. It is no news that Alec Baldwin is quite short-tempered, and apparently, being pleasant and easy to work with is key to making it in Hollywood.

Alec Baldwin was very hard to work with. MSNBC had to let him go because of an incident where a photographer was trying to take his picture, and he yelled at the person, making homophobic statements in the process. This type of attitude is unacceptable for people who intend to be successful.
