In case you weren’t sure, you probably guessed right; Jamie Lynn Spears is the younger sister of the famous pop star Britney Spears. The actress might share the same genes as Britney Spears, but she has not been able to make waves as her sister did in the entertainment industry (and perhaps that’s a good thing).

As a young adult, she dipped her toe in the Hollywood pool when she starred in her own Nickelodeon series Zoey 101, which was a big thing back then while it was still airing in the mid-2000. The show went on for five seasons, but Spears discontinued her participation after the fifth season. Since then, she mostly disappeared from the big screen, and today, at 30, she’s focusing most of her energy on her family and raising her two kids.
