Before one can be ranked as one of the top dogs in Hollywood, they have to have earned their stripes, and this comes from a lot of consistent, hard work. Actress Anne Heche was on the rise back in the 90s. She had some pretty good roles back in the 90s, such as the 1998 thriller Psycho, the modern remake of the classic Hitchcock film.

However, things did not work out for her in the end. As you may or may not know, Heche dated Ellen DeGeneres, and the two were pretty serious. They were a couple for three years, between 1997-2000, at the height of Heche’s success. She believes the stigma and rumors attached to this relationship were one of the reasons why she has never received any major roles after this relationship ended.
