Who is your favorite Superman? The current actors that play superheroes have blinded the world to those who have played the roles before them. Not in every case, though, but in most cases, anyway. Dean Cain played Superman in the series Lois and Clark back in 1993, all the way to 1997.

In Hollywood, playing a prominent role like Superman is an opportunity for you to make something of yourself. If you are able to play prominent roles well enough, you definitely will get more offers; it all depends on what you do with the other opportunities you get. It seems like Cain was unable to capitalize on the Superman role.
