When it comes to workplace secret Santa, you never want to give anyone anything too eccentric. It is best to always keep it safe and purchase something tasteful and small because after all, it is a workplace thing and there are already so many uncomfortable things about being in the workplace.

Most of the time you expect to open your secret Santa present and see a scented candle or a bundle of fancy chocolates. Nothing really prepares you for this kind of gift… Surely giving someone in the office a talking parrot is a little bit too cryptic. No one likes being told they’re an annoying person with a gift.
