We’ve seen ridiculous questions from lawyers and stupid answers from witnesses – now it’s time for the defendants to have their chance at being silly. I’m guessing that this was a case related to the defendant being under the influence while driving. If so, their initial statement is clear proof of them being guilty!

However, you might be surprised at the number of DUI charges that occur every year; it’s around 10% of all criminal charges across America. The places these charges happen most frequently are Wyoming, South Dakota, and North Dakota – you better watch out if you live in one of these states!
