Celery is another diet stereotype food you see people starving themselves with on cartoons and TV shows. However, there’s nothing about celery that’s punishing! It has high water content, so it may not be as filling as many other foods, but it makes a wonderful snack and brings many benefits.

Celery has a lot of fiber, so it’s good to support your digestive system. If you’re constipated, have a few stalks of celery as a natural way to get things moving! It is also beneficial to your kidney and bladder health. If you are prone to urinary tract or kidney infections, incorporate more celery into your diet, and you should notice a difference.
