Most kids don’t like green food, but hopefully, you’ve embraced them as adults because they’re so healthy. You might hear a lot of talk about leafy greens, but that isn’t a precise term. So, when people say this, they’re mainly talking about greens like spinach, kale, and swiss chard; even broccoli and Brussel sprouts are included in this group.

So, just why do healthy eaters push these leafy greens on us? Potassium, folate, and fiber are just some of the essential nutrients you get from this superfood.
