#25: Gin-What?
Ginseng has been used in Eastern medicine for centuries, often in tinctures and teas. However, it’s only been part of Western medicine more recently. It is not very pleasant because of its bitter taste, but that’s okay because the good news is that it’s more powerful when used in tea than when eaten raw.

Aside from giving your immune system a significant boost, it’s also handy in fighting fatigue. Ginseng can give your cognitive function a spark, but that’s not the only spark you’ll get from this root; it’s also known as an aphrodisiac to improve your drive. So, ingest responsibly!
