We can’t get enough of almonds. It’s common knowledge that nuts are an excellent healthy snack, but many people don’t realize just how healthy. They’re loaded with plant protein that helps you keep that feeling of being full for longer. Plus, you don’t need to eat too many to get that satisfied feeling.

Did you know that almonds are also a good source of calcium? That’s helpful to know for people who don’t consume dairy. They also have high amounts of vitamin E, full of powerful antioxidants. One of the best benefits of antioxidants (aside from fighting cancer) is that they help your skin look healthier and younger. Bring on the almond milk!
