#2: Oily, Fatty Fish
Sushi lovers, rejoice! You can enjoy all the tuna and salmon rolls you want and feel good about it. Other types of fish, such as mackerel and sardines, are also excellent for your health. There are downsides, however, and they aren’t health-related. Sadly, our fish supplies are dwindling due to overfishing, so perhaps eat this sparingly.

Oily, fatty fish are high in omega-3 fatty acids, which have demonstrated multiple health benefits. For example, they reduce inflammation and are linked to lowering the risk of cancer, heart disease, arthritis, and dementia. In addition, Omega-3s are also suspected to be effective in combating age-related vision decline.
