It’s hard to believe that all this time, Winne the Pooh was craving something actually healthy. However, it’s true! Despite its sweetness, this isn’t your standard sugary treat that you should try to avoid. The bees knew what they were doing when they invented this sticky treat.

Honey can positively affect your brain health and provide antibacterial and antifungal protection. It’s also been known to heal wounds. And, of course, a spoonful of honey can be so soothing if you have a cough or a sore throat. Health experts say you can take one or two spoonfuls daily to benefit from its antioxidant properties.
