#16: Kefir
Have you ever thought, “man, I just wish I could drink my yogurt?” Well, here you go! Of course, not everybody is cool with dairy, but this full-fat beverage is bursting with probiotics, which is fantastic for your gut health. The calcium in kefir is also important for strong, healthy bones.

Kefir is another good tool for strengthening your immune system. In addition, it has some antibacterial properties, so it’s helpful in fighting against infections. If you tend to avoid dairy because you don’t do well with lactose, it may help you to know that kefir is low in lactose, so this may be a beverage that won’t bother your stomach.
