Yes, meat can be healthy, too! You don’t need to wait around for Thanksgiving to dig into this; you can enjoy lean turkey meat year-round. Many vegetarians cut meat out for health purposes; however, this is one meat that won’t affect you negatively. Unless you’re vegetarian, in which case it will affect you mentally.

Turkey is an excellent way to add some protein to your diet; it’s lean meat, so there’s very little fat. Turkey also has vitamin B, and helps support heart health. And the good news is that there are many ways to eat turkey; you can get it ground and replace all your ground beef with it, or even get turkey bacon.
