In order to get an easy scare, a classic thing to do on Halloween is to recreate things that have happened in scary movies. Not only does it freak everybody out, but it also makes people question if these movies are actually fake… because as you can see, this looks very real.

Something as effective as low-budget as this looks extremely effective. Everybody knows the movie IT and for that reason, no one would be going anywhere near that drain. Even though petrifying, we think this is a really good way to scare the neighbors.
