Halloween is the one time a year when you can be anyone you want to be, and people can’t really pass judgment. Even if they think your outfit choice was poor, or the character you chose to dress up as doesn’t have the greatest track record, it doesn’t matter because it is all up to you.

This couple decided to go as Team Rocket from Pokemon, which aren’t always seen as the good guys… But hey, it’s Halloween, so what does that matter? And to be honest, this couple executed the costume perfectly. With the rose and the pokemon in hand, they definitely paid attention to detail.
