Lava Lamp

This woman’s costume is giving me major 90s vibes, and I love it! Every nineties kid had a lava lamp in their room growing up, right? I know I’m not the only one who had one of those; all my friends had them as well. What did we like so much about these lamps, anyway?

Now that I think about it, they’re pretty ugly; today, I would’ve never even considered having a lava lamp in my apartment as a decorative piece. It’s also not very practical, because it doesn’t provide a lot of light. So, what was the point of these lava lamps? I’m not sure, but I love this nostalgic costume nonetheless.
