Clearly, people from Wisconsin take their cheese and apple pie very seriously. In fact, according to a recent survey, 9 out of 10 Wisconsinites believe that cheese is an essential topping for apple pie. And who am I to argue with the majority? Even if it sounds odd to those, who haven’t tried it!
