Underage Drinking

I guess the Illinois government figured if you’re old enough to cook with wine, you’re old enough to drink it too. According to the law, students at least 18 years old and enrolled in a culinary program can taste and consume alcohol as long as it’s for educational purposes only. 

I don’t know about you, but this seems a pretty sweet deal. Who wouldn’t want to go to school and drink wine all day? It seems like a dream job! I may switch careers and become a chef. I could finally put all those years of watching the Food Network to good use!
