Street Sweeping

Did you know that in Idaho, sweeping debris into the streets is illegal? That’s right, folks, they take their streets seriously over there. And you know what? I kind of respect that. There’s nothing worse than driving down a dirty street with trash and debris flying everywhere. So no wonder Idaho is one of the cleanest states in the country!

Only 1.17% of their land is covered in litter. So, maybe they’re onto something with this whole “no sweeping debris into the streets” thing. If it helps keep the state clean, I’m all for it. Plus, it gives us an excuse to use the classic “not in my backyard” argument.
