Pet Parking

So, it seems the Floridian government has devised a unique way to fund their local animal shelter! However, it’s unclear what kind of animals they’re talking about here. Will we start seeing monkeys driving in little cars, looking for a parking spot at the local Dunkins? They’ll have to pay for it!

Or maybe alligators will start paying for parking to sunbathe on the beach. Unless…maybe I could train my dog to drive me around and pay for his own parking. That would be pretty sweet. Hey, the government of Florida, can I get a discount if my dog is a good driver?
