Tight Pants

This law from Delaware is a total fashion buzzkill! I can’t imagine anyone would want to wear loose pants around the waist and constantly fall down. But then again, who am I to question the fashion laws of Delaware? They might have a really unique sense of fashion about them.

I’m curious, though, what other fashion faux pas are illegal in different states? Are there any other laws prohibiting certain types of clothing or accessories? I feel like there is a whole world of fashion laws out there that we haven’t even tapped into yet. What fashion trend would you like to make illegal?
