Stopping Sesame Street

Once upon a time, Mississippi took away one of our childhood joys. Who knew that Sesame Street was such a threat to public safety? Sure, there was that one episode where the Count got a little too excited about counting bats, but is that really enough to justify a ban? I certainly don’t think so!

The government is more concerned with keeping Elmo off the airwaves than with actual issues. What’s next, banning Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood because he’s too friendly? Come on, Mississippi, let’s get our priorities straight. We should focus on more pressing issues – like how on earth to get more chocolate in our milk.
