Is That Perfume?
This is pretty surprising – in Delaware, they must specify that perfume is not a substitute for liquor? I mean, I’ve never been one to judge other people’s drinking preferences, but perfume? Come on, Delaware, that’s just not right. Imagine some fancy cocktail bar trying to pass off a spritz of Chanel No. 5 as a top-shelf martini.

And let’s be honest; we’ve all had some questionable drinks in our time, but perfume? That’s a whole new level. I’m glad they made it illegal before things got too out of hand. Now, if only they could do something about those who insist on putting pineapple on their pizza.
