If you’re planning a trip to Alaska, you might think twice about how you transport your pets. It turns out that putting your animals in the back of an open vehicle is a big no-no in the Last Frontier State. You’ll have to treat our pets like royalty and get them their heated dog houses on wheels. 

Or maybe we can all take up dog mushing and have our pets pull us around like some Alaskan Santa Claus. But in all seriousness, I guess keeping our pets safe on the road is important. We don’t want any flying squirrels turning into furry projectiles during a sudden stop!
