Best Job

Okay, this one’s a doozy. I get that football is a big deal in this country, but come on. We’re paying coaches more than doctors, teachers, and scientists? Something seems a little off here. Don’t get me wrong; I’m all for supporting sports teams and investing in our communities this way.

But it’s time we start valuing other professions a little more. When was the last time a doctor got a multi-million dollar signing bonus? Or a teacher got a parade in their honor? Let’s give credit where credit is due and pay people what they’re worth instead of restricting them.
