A Quesa-what-a?
The title of Executive Chef holds some weight to it. In many fancy restaurants, it means you have a brigade of cooks working under you. In smaller restaurants, the Executive Chef has to do a majority of the cooking, depending on how many line cooks there are. Either way, the Executive Chef needs to know more than just the basics of cooking.

Apparently, nobody told the new Executive Chef of this guy’s restaurant. His knowledge and title were put into question when he admitted to not knowing how to make a simple quesadilla. To make this traditional Tex-Mex food item, just put cheese in between two tortillas and grill. Five days into his job, he was let go.
