#55: You’re Doing Laundry Wrong

Let me tell you a secret. I don’t fold my clothes. That’s right. My house is clean, my dishes are scrubbed, and my clothes are in fantastic piles. Is that awful? Maybe. Do I have a ton of free time to read and write? Yes. In fact, in the time it takes you to fold laundry, I’ve baked two cakes and made a chocolate ganache.

I have never actually understood folding laundry. I can easily find all my stuff, and no one should be in my bedroom that doesn’t know me well enough not to care. If people are judging me, they keep it to themselves. My kids and husband are happy, I’m happy, the dogs are happy, and life is good. Too good to waste hours folding laundry.
