#23: Set in the Past

It seems like some TV shows are timeless and will always be relevant and relatable; Friends and Seinfeld are two popular examples, and a lot of people still enjoy watching the teen drama series Dawson’s Creek today, even though it was released over two decades ago and it “set in the past.”

However, while some TV shows and movies from two or three decades ago are still immensely popular today, you can’t help but notice how much things have changed and that if these TV shows were filmed today, they would look very different. So, in a way, it makes sense for a teenage girl to think that Dawson’s Creek is set in the past, even though it makes us feel like dinosaurs…
