No metal!
Do you know why you shouldn’t wear jewelry when going getting an MRI scan? Apparently, these scans use super-powerful magnets to rearrange the water molecules in our bodies to get a crystal-clear picture of our insides. Cavity fillings are generally safe, but anything metallic should be taken out of the room before hitting the power button.

Apparently, the medical staff forgot that magnets attract metal and decided to leave a metal cabinet inside of the room. As you can see from this picture, their forgetfulness has lead to pretty devastating results. Thankfully, no one was in the MRI scan at the time.
