Eye slicer sounds better

When you make an epic mistake, the best thing you can do is to steer into the skid. A typo can turn into a well-timed joke when nobody’s expecting it. This mama wanted to show her appreciation to her child for getting her an egg slicer, but autocorrect had something different in mind.

It changed egg to eye, inferring that the mother is a cannibal or at least an eye-gouger. She admits that the slicer would probably work well on eggs in a pinch. Yeah, the thought of using a wire slicer to pop eyeball after eyeball is just… yuck.
