Meghan Also Got a Beautiful Piece of Diana’s Jewelry

Prince William proposed to Kate Middleton with a special ring that belonged to their late mother, Princess Diana. Interestingly, the ring wasn’t originally meant for Kate but for William’s brother, Harry. Meghan’s engagement ring features a gorgeous central diamond from Botswana, with two smaller diamonds from Diana’s collection.

According to Diana’s former butler, Paul Burrell, Harry might have been drawn to Meghan because she reminded him of his mom. Paul suggested that Meghan shares Diana’s strong personality and commitment to her beliefs. However, Paul doesn’t think they would have been best friends, imagining some clashes between their differing views.
