Teen stars? Dating?! It’s less likely than you think. In 2009 reporters speculated that 13 year old Taylor Lautner and Victoria Justice were going out, when they were spotted spending time together in Vancouver. They are such babies in this picture, Victoria Justice even has a tooth missing!
