In 2015 Mae Whitman posted a picture of her and Amanda Seyfried when they were younger. The two were wearing some sweet denim-on-denim outfits, which are supposed to be “Canadian Tux,” according to the caption. There isn’t much more information about their shared past, but they’ve been friends since childhood!

They look lovely, but it’s too bad they didn’t go with the three-piece Canadian tuxedo, which includes a denim shirt! And why not denim shoes to complete the ensemble? I don’t see their feet in this picture; they might be wearing denim shoes if those even exist. The mystery is lost to time.
