Judd Apatow and Adam Sandler

Apatow and Sandler shared a cheap apartment in Los Angeles while trying to make it as actors and comedians. I’m talking 900 dollars a month, no sheets on the bed, and renting a car instead of buying a cheap apartment. But the friends did go to Red Lobster every month as a treat. When Adam Sandler moved to New York, he continued to pay rent for some time to help Judd out.

Although, it seems that all that suffering eventually paid off! They made their way into the Comedy Hall of Fame and had numerous successes over the years. Sandler has more recently dabbed into other movie genres, like his recent Netflix hit Uncut Gems. While for the Apatow family, Judd’s oldest daughter, Maude Apatow, has taken over Hollywood with her character in HBO’s series Euphoria.
