There is so much stress present in today’s world and it does not seem to be going away anytime soon. We all get stressed sometime, some of us more often than others. Therefore, it’s on us to learn some coping skills and how to deal with stress. Some folks find relief in warm baths, massages or even medication. Yet, we have another easy trick to try.

They say that if you stick your thumb into your mouth for a few seconds, then take it out and blow gently onto it, that works a natural stress reliever. The idea behind it is that when you’re blowing on your damp thumb, it cools down your thumb’s pulse and provides a sense of relief throughout your whole body.
