#12: Bad Things Come in Threes

Sometimes when people share posts like these, they overshare—they go into excessive detail and give you the background information you really don’t need to know to understand the story. Other times, it’s the exact opposite: someone skips in, drops a bombshell with absolutely no context, then skips out again, leaving the rest of us with questions we absolutely need to be answered.

Like this one! What on earth does that mean? Who is dinging the loudspeaker, the flight crew or the pilots? Why are they dinging? What is going to kill us? You can’t just say something like this and then not explain yourself! We need more information here.
