#33: Rudolf The Red Nosed Reindeer

It’s hard to imagine that there was once a time when Christmas films existed before we were even born. They seem like such a modern creation… But in the 1964 film Rudolf The Red-Nosed Reindeer, you might remember the character Hermey and how he didn’t really fit in as an elf?

Well, there have been many hints as to why this might be true. Firstly, look at his hair, he doesn’t have elf hair and he most certainly does not have elf ears. There are many fans out there that believe he might be human, which makes sense considering he hates making toys.
