34. It’s About the Journey, Not the Destination

Well, now I feel bad. Imagine that, those photons that have been traveling for literally millennia across the stars only to be stopped by your figure before they reached you. It’s kind of sad but also kind of amazing.

Just nailing home that feeling of how big the universe is again, but another neat perspective is to think about how easily we can interact with such ancient things. And this isn’t an irregular occurrence.
