29. Don’t Get Lost

GPSes have become incredibly useful technology in recent decades. Some of us can’t live without them–which, depending on who you ask, may not be such a good thing. But their possible effect on our naturally evolved ability to tell direction aside, GPSes are still widely used tools that have done more good than harm.

But to think just how much complexity goes into their creation is a bit of a surprise. Much like the moving sun, it’s just not something you think about but makes total sense once brought to your attention.
