28. Lea Michele and Cory Monteith

Lea Michele and Cory Monteith played on-again-off-again love interests in the hit television series Glee. Even though the two had sparks flying on-screen, they didn’t begin dating until 2012, three years after the show’s debut. Michele and Monteith were beloved by Glee fans, and it seems they were getting pretty serious. Unfortunately, tragedy struck in 2013.

In July 2013, Monteith passed away at the age of 31. His unexpected and untimely passing broke Michele’s heart, and she has had to do a lot of healing over the years. She is now married and had her first baby in 2020. Although Monteith is no longer with her, she carries him in her heart. Michele honors Monteith’s memory every year on the anniversary of his passing with a special social media tribute post.
