#11: Ross Geller – Friends

The expression is serious, the finger to the temple is deliberate, and you can almost hear him say the word—unagi. This anime version of Ross Geller fully commits to one of his most unintentionally funny moments from Friends.

He’s convinced it’s a state of total awareness, but it’s just classic Ross: overly confident, slightly misinformed, and completely earnest. That mix is what makes the scene so good. He’s trying to be intense, but everyone else knows he’s off the mark.
